I’m a communication designer with a media theoretical background born in Basel and currently based in London. My main focus belongs to the creation of visual identities with strong reflected concepts. I’m working on independent projects, exhibitions and commissions for digital and printed media. I value the challenge to integrate various spheres with people from different backgrounds to translate complex ideas into creative solutions.
In my studies in Media Science and Economics at the University of Basel I focused on media critical topics and analised various impacts of still and moving images. Afterwards I deepened my knowledge in visual communication at the programme of Visual Communication and Iconic Research at the Basel School of Design HGK FHNW. I had the opportunity to learn from Tony Brook and Claudia Klat at SPIN where I worked on books for Unit Editions, idenities, marketing and social media campaigns and motion graphic projects. Currently I’m working at Atelier Dyakova creating publications, brand idenities and campaigns for museums, galleries and cultural institutions.
